Last Monday, ummi cooked Simple dimple yummy ‘Daging masak kicap’. Quick and easy . Wanna try it?? Here is the recipe.. sedap dimakan dengan lemang.. yummyto! It is 0ur family fav dishes! This dishes bleh dimakan and 'tahan' for 3-5 days even more if you panaskannya everyday ..
Ingredients:
1) Daging yg siap di potong2 = 250g
2) Bawang besar – seulas ( sederhana besar but it s up to you nak byk mana)
3) Cili blender – 2-3 senduk ( kalo nak tambah lgi pun takpe, kita yg buat dia kan??)
4) Segemgam lada hitam (gemgaman my ummi kecik coz her hand is small)
5) Sos cili– 1-2 senduk
6) Kicap
7) Minyak – 2-3 senduk
8) Bunga lawang
9) Kayu manis
10) Air secawan
Extra :
Kentang yg telah digoreng.
How to cook??
1) blend together bahan no.2 , no.3, no.4 and no.10
2) Perapkan together bahan no.1, bahan (no.2 , no.3, n0.4 yg telah diblend together), sos, kicap about 15 min - 20 min
3) Panaskan minyak dalam periuk. Then masukkan bungan lawang and kulit kayu manis
4) Apabila nampak kayu manis tu sudah mengembang, masukkan bahan perapan td.
5) Masakkan sampai daging tu empuk and masukkan kentang yg telah siap digoreng. Don’t forget masukkan sedikit gula n garam ( avoid ajinomoto - not good for health)
Pesanan :
1) If guna kicap masin, kurangkan garam else kurangkan gula.
2) Apabila daging sudah empuk, kecikkan api supaya minyak naik and masakan nampak cantik.
3) Tips: Don’t use api yg besar, just yg sederhana.
